Steve Hellem, President

Steve Hellem is the President of Navista, Inc. He has provided strategic counsel to associations and coalitions on a variety of environment, energy and technology business issues. He has helped organize, support and direct the day-to-day management of coalitions and organizations, provided legislative and regulatory counsel and advocacy, and provided communications and public relations support to a wide range of Fortune 500 companies that have been participants in organizations that he has managed or supported

He serves as the Executive Director for Corporate Environmental Enforcement Council (CEEC), Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP) and the Global Environmental Management Initiative (GEMI).

Steve has an A.B. in Political Science from the University of Missouri, was Captain, Military Policy Corp, United States Army, and has a J.D. from the International School of Law that is today the George Mason University School of Law.

Joey Skoloda, Director

As a Director of Energy, Environment, and Technology News (EETN), Joey Skoloda provides strategic counsel, management, planning support and membership development for the news monitoring service and its clients. He also currently advises EETN, and its parent company Navista, The Public Affairs Group on organizational strategic planning, and evaluates new prospective lines of business.

Previously, Joey developed business relationships in the information technology sector for both software and communication companies.  He has provided leadership to a Washington, DC based sales team for Verizon Communications, Inc., and completed substantial new contract business for the organization.  Joey has experience in research, customer negotiations, and business unit planning.  Joey has a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Mary Washington.

Kellen Mahoney, Director of Research

Kellen Mahoney specializes in researching and assessing programs, issues and activities of governmental entities, companies and organizations. Kellen has provided program/project support and research services to various organizations, including the Global Environmental Management Initiative (GEMI), the Suppliers Partnership for the Environment (SP) and the Corporate Environmental Enforcement Council (CEEC). Kellen has a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Shannon Hellem, Program Coordinator

Shannon Hellem is the Program Coordinator for EETN. She graduated from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia with a B.A. in Communications.
